Let’s talk about matcha and coffee. Matcha and coffee done right can taste amazing.
I find myself craving coffee, specifically espresso with some milk on my busy days. Then there are my slower paced mornings, where I wake up feeling refreshed. Got 8 hours of deep sleep. I feel like I don’t need a crazy boost in the morning, so I go for a Matcha.
What I’ve noticed. Coffee drinkers often have a fast-paced lifestyle. They might be juggling multiple responsibilities and rely on coffee for a quick energy boost. Coffee culture tends to be social.
Matcha drinkers often prioritize health and wellness. Some might call them skinny queens. They might choose matcha for its purported health benefits, including antioxidants and metabolism-boosting properties. They may incorporate matcha into a broader lifestyle that includes balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and mindfulness practices. Matcha drinkers might favor a lifestyle that balances work with relaxation, including activities like meditation, yoga, or leisurely walks.
Ultimately, the choice between coffee and matcha can reflect personal preferences, values, and lifestyle priorities. Each beverage has its own set of rituals and cultural contexts, shaping the way people experience and enjoy their daily routines.
Whether you’re a back-and-forth matcha and coffee drinker like me or an only coffee, only matcha drinker. I say some caffeine is better than no caffeine. Live your life and be happy.
